Following on from our fantastically successful Fondue night for Wellington on a Plate, we are taking you to the French Alps with our next wine and cheese night on Sunday 16th September.
Join Caitlin Perlman of Wine Sentience, who was also a cheese-monger for 8 years, as we taste two different kinds of cheese from Jura region in the French Alps. We will scrape off raclette alongside accoutrements, followed by Saint-Félicien which we will roast in the oven and cover in red wine! Each course shall be accompanied by natural wines specially picked by Caitlin from the French Alps.
